CREATION TIME My products on the site are presented as examples of previously made works (exception is the Ready to ship section). I need time to create your jewelry and prepare the package. Usually it takes 1-2 weeks to create, it depends of my workload. If your order contains more than 1 product, then the creation time is added up for all the products of the order.

Please make sure your address is correct. You are responsible to make sure that your address is updated, complete and correct. Be sure to include apt or unit #'s. If your address is wrong or incomplete and the PO deems it UN-deliverable, you will be responsible for all shipping costs, including the cost to re-ship.

TRACKING INFO I ship my order by the first class registered mail. After sending you'll receive the tracking number at your E-mail. All the packages can be tracked on these websites: Russian Post and 17track
