Request a cancellation within: 8 hours of purchase
I accept cancellations of orders within 8 hours. If you have changed your mind or made a mistake in the address, then just write to me and I will settle it in your order RETURNS
I have a 30 days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please contact me firstname.lastname@example.org
If your parcel is on the way, but you have changed your mind - please wait for delivery to your post office and refuse to receive it so that the parcel arrives back to me as soon as possible. When the package arrives, I will make a full refund.
I don't accept returns of custom orders or exchanges any order.
In any other case you are responsible for all the shipping costs back to me. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase in order for me to process your return. Otherwise I can deduct the cost of the broken part. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order. REFUND (WITHOUT RETURN THE PACKAGE)
Refund is possible in two cases:
- Parcel was lost in way (doesn't track over 60 days). For the non-tracking countries Canada, Australia, Germany i need to file a complaint to the Russian Post to search for the parcel and wait for a response (about 30 days) to avoid cheating.
- If i sent the wrong listing. I make refund or ship the correct parts of the order immediately.
● By placing an order in my shop you automatically agree to the terms of delivery and return. You should understand this is an international transit and may have to wait. I'm not responsible for the processing time at customs. I'm only giving you an estimated average time. Sometimes there may be delays before international holidays
